Gene Dunn’s Shotokan Karate Dojo

Located in Brooklyn, New York and offerings classes in Shotokan Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

The goal of Gene Dunn's Shotokan Karate Dojo is to aid the student in reaching his or her fullest potential via traditional martial arts training. This training includes the discipline and etiquette which are noticeably absent in many of today's chain schools. Click here to check our programs.

Wednesday, July 1st - School t-shirts can be worn with uniform pants and belt
 
        Summer Blast begins for Junior Program
Every week we will combine our martial arts curriculum with activities built around fun themes!   

              Juniors Attendance Party

Students who have a minimum of 16 classes in July
and August combined will qualify for a special event at the end of August "location to be announced".              

             Dojo Will be Closed
    Saturday, July 4th thru Saturday, July 11th     
Regular classes begin Monday, July 13th 

Wednesday, July 22nd - Yogo Seminar
6:30pm - 7:30pm - BBC/Expert & Jiu-Jitsu

No Adult Expert & BBC Classes

There will be Adult Basic & Jiu-Jitsu Classes

Wednesday, July 29th -

Junior Exams at 5pm
All students are invited to come cheer on their classmates!

Exam Day Raffle - Enter to win a 6 month 
karate program - Bring friends and family 
members to the junior exams and they can
enter to win a free 6 month karate program.

Junior Orientation Session at 6:30pm
Adult Orientation Session at 7:15pm
Seminar with Sensei Leung - 8:00pm
